Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh mushrooms
- 1/4 cup margarine
- 2 cups chicken broth or bullion
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
- 3 cups diced, cooked chicken (or turkey)
- 1 medium sliced onion 1/4 cup flour
- 1 cup light cream
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 oz. Pkg angel hair pasta, cooked and drained
- 1 cup shredded, aged cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Lightly brown mushrooms and onions in margarine. Stir in flour. Cook until bubbly. Stir in broth and cream. Ad salt, pepper and poultry season. Cook, stirring often, until mixture boils. Place layer of cooked pasta in a buttered 2-quart casserole dish. Cover with a layer of diced turkey and layer of sauce. Repeat. Finish with a layer of pasta. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes or until bubbly. Can be made ahead and refrigerated until baking time.
