Cheese Cake

Ingredients

• 4 8-oz packages cream cheese
• 1 1/2 cup heavy cream
• 2 cups confectioner's sugar
• 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
• 1 can or jar cherry pie filling

Preparation

Step 1

Make a graham cracker pie crust. Line an oblong (10" x 13") baking dish with it and bake 8 minutes.
Beat cream cheese and sugar together. Whip heavy cream, add vanilla, and fold whipped cream into cheese. Pour in baking dish and refrigerate. Add fruit topping 1/2 hour before serving.
