Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 cups canned tomatoes, drained
- 1 14 oz can corn, drained
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- shake cayenne
- 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Brown beef and onion in oil. Add tomatoes, corn, soup and spices. Simmer 20 minutes.
Add cheddar and stir to melt. Serve over elbow macaroni.
