  • 3/4 Cup Flour
  • 1/8 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • 4 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Smooth Peanut Butter
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 2 (1.,4oz) Toffee Bars

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Whisk together flour, soda and salt. With mixer on high, beat the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add peanut butter and egg; beat until smooth. Mix in flour mixture mixture on low. Stir in toffee. Drop 1 teaspoonful of batter onto baking sheets, 1 inch apart and flatten slightly with floured fingers. Bake until edges are golden, 16-18 minutes, rotating halfway through. Transfer to rack to cool.
