Ingredients

1/2 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup cocoa
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
226 grams white chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

Cream butter with brown sugar. Beat in egg and vanilla. In separate bowl combine flour, cocoa and baking soda. Gently stir into butter mixture. stir in white chocolate chips. Drop by heaping tablespoon onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake in 350 oven for 9-11 minutes. Cool on cookie sheet for 2 minutes before transferring to wire rack.
