Soft and Chewy Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients

• 2 cups flour
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 1/4 cups dark brown sugar
• 1 1/4 cups sugar
• 1 cup butter
• 3 eggs
• 1 cup peanut butter
• 2 teaspoons vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Combine flour, soda and salt in medium bowl.

In large mixing bowl, blend sugars; add butter, eggs, peanut butter, and vanilla. Beat until light and fluffy.

Add flour mixture. Mix on low just until blended. Drop by Tablespoonful onto ungreased baking sheet, 1 1/2-inches apart. Press with for.

Bake in 300 oven for 18 - 22 minutes until slightly brown around edges.
