Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups white chocolate chunks

Preparation
Step 1
Cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt. Gradually blend into creamed mixture. Stir in white chocolate.
Drop by tablespoon 2-inches apart onto lightly greased sheets.
Bake in 350 oven for 12 minutes or until centre of cookies springs bake. DO NOT OVERBAKE.
Cool on sheets for 5 mintues; transfer to wire rack.
