Ingredients
- Crust:
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 3 cups corn flakes
- 1 cup coconut
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- Filling:
- 1/2 gallon ice cream
- Hot fudge:
- 4 squares baking chocolate
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter and mix with brown sugar. Cool. Mix corn flakes, coconut, and nuts & add butter and brown sugar. Pat into 9" pie pan and reserve 1 cup for topping. Put into refrigerator until firm.
Fill with ice cream. Pat remaining crust mixture on top.
Freeze several hours and serve with Hot Fudge topping.
Combine squares of chocolate, sugar, & evaporated milk. Add butter & vanilla, Stir. Serve over ice cream pie.
