Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 pounds chicken pieces
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon chicken bouillon granules
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1/4 cup sherry
- 1/4 teaspoon ground rosemary

Step 1
Melt butter in frying pan. Add chicken; brown well; transfer to small roaster.
Add flour and bouillon powder to frying pan and mix. Stir in water, sherry and rosemary until it boils and thickens. Pour over chicken. Cover and bake in 350 oven for about 1 hour until tender.
