Ingredients
- 2 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pound asparagus, cut into thirds
- olive oil
- kosher salt and pepper
- 1 pound angel hair pasta
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 lemons, zested and juiced

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Place the shrimp and asparagus on a sheet pan with 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper. Toss well, spread into a single layer and roast for 6-8 minutes until shrimp are pink.
Meanwhile, drizzle some olive oil in a large pot of boiling, salted water. Add the angel hair and cook al center, about 3 minutes. Drain the pasta, reserving 1/2 cup of the cooking water. Quickly toss the pasta with the melted butter, 1/4 cup olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, 2 teaspoons salt, 1 teaspoon pepper and the reserved pasta water. Add the shrimp and asparagus. serve hot with parmesan cheese.
