- 2 chicken Breasts - DO NOT CUT IN HALF

Step 1
Do not cut chicken breasts in half. Cook them whole just as they come from the market. Place in vacuum sealed bag and place in heated water at 145 degrees for 4 hours. Remove and brown in 2 tablespoons of butter in a frying pan OR place on broiler until lightly browned.
Can be frozen after cooking but before browning.
