  • 1 head cabbage
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 12 ounces cranberry sauce
  • 24 ounces tomato sauce
  • 1 whole egg
  • 1/4 cup rice
  • 4 cups water

Preparation

Step 1

Mix egg, rice, ground beef, and salt and pepper together. Form meatballs.

Shred cabbage. Mix together water, tomatoe sauce, cranberry sauce and cabbage. Cook over low heat.

Add meatballs and cook until cabbage is tender.
