Chocolate Pixies Cookie

Ingredients

• 4 (1oz.) unsweetened chocolate squares, melted
• 2 1/2 c. flour
• 2 tsp. baking powder
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1/2 c. oil
• 2 c. sugar
• 4 eggs
• 2 tsp. vanilla
• 1 c. sifted powdered sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Melt chocolate. Sift flour, powder and salt together; set aside. Combine oil, chocolate and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Add dry ingredients and blend thoroughly. Chill for several hours.

Scoop rounded teaspoonful of dough and shape into rounded ball. Drop ball into bowl of sifted powdered sugar. Coat thoroughly with sugar. (May need to reshape ball.) Cook on prepared cookie sheet at 350 for 10-12 min.
