Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

• 4 1/2 c. flour
• 2 tsp. baking soda
• 2 tsp. salt
• 2 c. shortening
• 1 1/2 c. sugar
• 1 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
• 2 tsp. vanilla
• 1 tsp. water
• 4 eggs
• 1 12oz. pkg chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

Cream shortening, sugars, vanilla and water together. Add in eggs, one at a time. Mix together flour, soda, and salt and add to creamed mixture; mix well. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop by rounded teaspoon on prepared cookie sheet. Bake at 375 for 10-12 min.
