Monster Cookies

Ingredients

• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup margarine
• 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
• 1/2 cup white sugar
• 1/2 cup peanut butter
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 1-1/2 cups flour
• 1/2 cup rolled oats
• 1 tsp. baking soda
• 1-7 oz. bag Smarties

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 350F.

2. Cream margarine. Add eggs, sugars, peanut butter, and vanilla. Mix in remaining ingredients.

3. Drop 2 tbsp. of dough for each cookie about 3" apart on a baking sheet.

4. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
