Chocolate Chip Ice Cream Pie

• 1/2 c. chocolate syrup
• 1/3 c. chocolate chips
• 2 c. Rice Krispies
• 1/4 c. sour cream
• 1 qt softened chocolate chip ice cream

Preparation

Step 1

Butter sides and bottom of pie plate. Combine choc syrup and choc chips in bowl and microwave for 45 secs. Stir. Reserve 1/4 c. Combine remaining choc mixture and cereal and mix to coat cereal. Press cereal mixture over bottom and up sides of pie plate. Freeze 15 mins. Combine 1/4 c. chocolate w/sour cream. Spread 1/2 ice cream in pie plate and drizzle with sour cream mixture. Top with remaining ice cream and drizzle with remaining sour cream mixture. Cover and freeze for 1 hr.
