Ingredients

  • 8 large eggs
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons Bacon or BBQ Sauce
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sweet relish
  • Salt and pepper
  • Paprika, olive slices, or pimentos for garnish
  • 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
  • Garnish

Preparation

Step 1

1. Halve 8 boiled and cooled eggs lengthwise, remove yolks, and place in a small bowl.

2. Mash yolks with a fork and stir in Bacon or Habanero BBQ Sauce, mayonnaise, and sweet relish. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Fill egg whites with yolk mixture.

4. Garnish with paprika, olive slices, or pimentos. Store, covered, in refrigerator.
