Ingredients
- 3 banana ripe mashed
- 2 egg
- 2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbs golden syrup
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 pinch salt
- 3 cup plain flour
- 4 tbs cocoa powder
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
- 1/2 cup pecans optional

Preparation
Step 1
Mix or blend all ingredients together.
For a large cake, bake at 180C for 50-60 minutes, testing with a skewer to ensure it is cooked.
For muffins, bake at 180C for 20 minutes. Muffins are cooked when the top springs back up when pressed.
