Ingredients
- 1 Yellow Cake Mix
- 1 pkg Vanilla instant pudding
- 1 8oz pkg Cream Cheese, at room temp.
- 1 large Cool Whip
- 1 can Crushed Pineapple
- 1/2 cup Pineapple juice, saved from can of crushed pineapple
- Coconut

Preparation
Step 1
Follow directions on cake mix and pour batter onto greased cookie sheet, not 9x13 cake pan.
Bake until done, about 15 mins. Cool.
Topping:
Follow directions on instant pudding mix, make and set.
Mix pudding with cream cheese, Cool Whip and pineapple juice.
Spread on cooled cake.
Sprinkle with crushed pineapple (drained really well) and coconut.
