Sour Cream Coffee Cake

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup oleo
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 2 cups flour
• 1 tsp. baking powder
• 1 tsp. baking soda
• Topping
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup nuts
• 1 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Beat together oleo, sugar,eggs and sour cream. Add dry ingredients.

Grease of spray a bundt pan.

Place half of mixture in pan and top with half sugar, nuts and cinnamon.
Cover with other half of mixture and
top with half sugar, nuts, and cinnamon.

Bake at 350 for 40 to 45 minutes
