Chocolate Spritz Cookies

• 1 cup Butter, softened
• 2/3 cup Sugar
• 1 Egg
• 1 tsp Vanilla
• 2 1/4 cups Flour
• 1/3 cup Cocoa
• 1/2 tsp Salt

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350.
Cream butter and sugar in large mixing bowl into light and fluffy.
Beat in egg and vanilla.
Combine flour, cocoa and salt in small bowl. Gradually add to butter mixture; mix well.
Fill cookie press. Press onto ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake 5-7 minutes or just until set.
