Ingredients
- 1-1/2 lbs. cooked ham ground
- 1/2 lb. ground fresh pork
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1-3/4 cup corn flake crumbs
- 1-1/2 cups firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard

Preparation
Step 1
Combine first 5 ingredients and mix well. Shape into 1” meatballs and place in a 13x9x2” baking pan. Combine remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour over ham balls and bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes, basting occasionally. Serve warm with wooden picks. Makes 5 dozen.
