Ingredients
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 4 chicken breast halves skinned and boned
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- vegetable oil

Step 1
Combine first 5 ingredients, mixing well. Cut chicken into 1” pieces, marinate in milk mixture 8 hours. Remove chicken from marinate, and dredge in flour. Fry chicken in deep fryer until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Serve chicken with honey or barbecue sauce.
