Ingredients

  • 2-1/2 lbs. ground pork
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon rubbed sage
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons coarsely ground pepper 1/2 teaspoon allspice
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/8 teaspoon cloves

Step 1

In large bowl combine all ingredients. Mix by hand and form into 10 patties. In large skillet fry patties until crisp and brown on both sides, about 15 minutes. Makes 10 patties.
