Ingredients
- Recommended toppings:
- 2 lb. lean ground beef
- 2 Chili peppers, diced
- 1 red onion, diced
- 2 eggs
- 2 C. chipotle BBQ sauce
- 12 Buns, toasted
- Cooked Bacon
- Red onion
- Lettuce
- Chili peppers, washed with the seeds removed.

Preparation
Step 1
In a mixing bowl, combine the beef, peppers,
onion and eggs. Form the beef into
10 – 12 bun sized patties about 1 inch thick.
Place the patties in your slow cooker.
Stacking and overlapping them is okay.
Pour the BBQ sauce over the burgers and cook
on low for 4 hours.
Serve on a toasted bun with our recommended
toppings, or try your own favorites.
