  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 3 Tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla paste
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup smashed banana
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup quick oats
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 Tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 2 Tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1/2 Tablespoon orange juice

Step 1

1.In a bowl, mix the butter and sugar until creamy. Add the honey, vanilla, yogurt, and banana and cream again. In another bowl, sift together the flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda, cornstarch, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
2.Add the flour mixture alternately with the milk to the creamed mixture. Do not over mix. Stir the blueberries in by hand. Spoon into a greased 8 1/2 by 4 1/2 bread pan. Bake at 350* for 60-65 minutes.
