Ingredients

  • 3/4 c plus 2tbs softened butter
  • 1 3/4 c plus 2tbs sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 tbs vanilla
  • 5 1/4 c plus 2tbs plus 1/3c all purpose flour
  • 2 tbs baking powder
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/3 c milk
  • 3 c blueberries

Preparation

Step 1

1) heat oven to 350. beat 3/4 softened butter on low until creamy. gradually add 1 3/4c plus 2tbs sugar beating on medium. beat in 6 eggs, one at a time, and 1tbs vanilla.

2) combine 5 1/4c all purpose flour tbs baking powder and 2tsp salt. alternately beat in flour and 1 1/3c milk. toss 3c blueberries with 2tbs flour;fold into batter.

3) divide batter among 24 greased muffin cups. combine 1/3c flour with 2tbs sugar and cut in 2tbs softened butter to form crumbs. sprinkle over muffins. bake 35-45 minutes, until cooked through.
