BREAD MACHINE CINNAMON ROLLS

Time consuming. Have made this thru the step of putting on a baking sheet, covered with foil and put in frig until baking the next am.

Ingredients
- Filling:
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 6 tbs sugar
- 1/4 cup softened butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbs dry milk
- 1 1/2 tsp yeast
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/3 cup brown sugar, mixed w/1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans or raisins, optional
- Glaze:
- 3 tbs butter, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 tbs hot water
- 2 cups confectioners’ sugar

Step 1
Add ingredients according to manufacturer’s order and set dough cycle. Turn onto lightly floured board. Roll out to a rectangle about 10 X 18 inches. Brush with melted butter, sprinkle w/cinnamon sugar mixture and pecans. Starting at long end, carefully roll up; pinch seams together. Measure and cut 1-inch slices. Place cut side up on buttered baking sheet. Cover w/slightly dampened towel and let rise in warm place for about 45 min to 1 hr. Bake at 375 for 15 min or until browned. Drizzle with glaze.
