Ingredients
- 4 pkg. Top Ramon noodles
- 2 carrots, peeled and cut thin
- 1 lb. bean sprout
- 2 Tblsp. salad oil
- 1 Tblsp. soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp. mono glutamate
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 lb. round steak, shredded
- 3 stalks celery, cut thin
- 2 green onions, minced

Step 1
In large skillet boil 1 1/2 cups water; put top ramon noodles in (do not use soup base-just noodles), bring to a boil again, use fork to separate noodles until all noodles are cooked. Remove from heat, put noodles in 9x13 baking pan, and level them up, leave in warm oven. Use skillet again for stir fried beef.
Heat 1 Tblsp. oil in the skillet at medium heat until the oil gets hot, put in minced onion and stir until onion gets light brown, put beef in, stir for 3 mins. Add soy sauce, mono glutamate, and pepper. Mix well and remove from heat set aside beef in a bowl. Use skillet again for stir fried vegetables. Heat 1 Tblsp. oil until it gets hot, put in carrots, celery and bean sprouts, stir fry for 4 mins., add 2 pkgs. of soup base from the noodle packages, remove from heat. Arrange noodles in the bottom, stir fried vegetables and then the stir fried beef shredded on top. Serve warm with soy sauce. Goes good with tossed salad. This dish is very popular in an average Vietnamese family.
