Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup onions, chopped
- 14-1/2 ounce red gold diced tomatoes with roasted garlic and onions
- 2 cups green and red peppers, chopped
- 1-15 ounce red gold tomatoes
- 3 cups beef broth
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 cup rice

Step 1
Brown ground beef with your onions in a skillet over medium heat. Drain beef and onions and place in a slow cooker.
Add your red gold tomatoes juice and all and the rest of the ingredients. over and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
