Beef Stoganoff Soup

Ingredients

• 2 c water
• 3 oz (1 3/4 c) uncooked egg noodles
• 1 # ground beef
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• 1/2 tsp pepper
• 1 (12oz) jar beef gravy
• 1 (2.5oz) jar mushroom caps and pieces
• 1/2 c sour cream
• Fresh parsley

Step 1

Cook noodles
Brown beef and seasoning, drain
Combine all ingredients and heat.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley
