Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 14.5 oz can tomato sauce
- 1 14.5 oz can kidney beans (with liquid)
- 1 14.5 oz can pinto beans (with liquid)
- 1/2 cup onion, diced
- 1/4 cup green chilies, diced
- 1/4 cup celery, diced
- 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 1 teaspoons cumin powder
- 2 Tablespoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 cups water

Step 1
Select Sauté or Browning on your Pressure Cooker and allow to heat.
2.Brown the ground beef and then drain off the fat.
3.Using a fork, crumble the cooked beef into pea-size pieces.
4.Add the celery and onions and sauté for two minutes.
5.Add the rest of the ingredients.
6.Lock on Lid and close Pressure Release Valve.
7.Cook on High Heat for 20 minutes.
8.When Beep is heard, allow a Natural Pressure Release.
