- 2 eggs
- 2/3 Cup milk
- 1/4 Tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 Tsp nutmeg
- 1 Tsp vanilla
- Pinch of salt
- Butter for frying

Step 1
Mix all ingredients except butter. dip slices of bread in mixture to coat and pan fry in butter until golden brown and crisp around the edges. Serve with butter and maple syrup and sausage or bacon.
