Chicken wings, splitting some and leaving others in tact
Equal Parts Bisquick & All-purpose flour
Equal parts oil & solid Crisco
Dipping BBQ Sauce (equal amounts):

Moisten the chicken wings. Coat in equal parts of Bisquick and all-purpose flour. Sprinkle liberally in season salt and skillet fry them in equal parts oil and solid Crisco, having the oil mixture about l 1/2 to 2-inches deep in roomy skillet, til pieces are nicely browned on all sides. Use medium high heat. Keep pieces warm on cookie sheet in 325F oven til all have been fried. Serve them crispy and hot with dipping BBQ sauce on the side.
