Ingredients
- 4 (6-ounces) orange roughy or red snapper fillets
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tsp fresh parsley, minced
- 1 1/2 tsp fresh basil, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 cup fresh mushrooms, thinly sliced
- 1/8 tsp paprika

Preparation
Step 1
Place the fish fillets in a single layer in a large skillet. Sprinkle with lemon juice, parsley, basil, salt and garlic powder. Place mushrooms over fish if desired. Bring to a boil. reduce heat/sover and simmer for 6-8 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
Sprinkle with paprika.
