Cheesy Ranch Hashbrowns

• 2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese - divided
• 1 8 oz cream cheese, softened
• 1 c. sour cream
• 1/4 c. melted butter
• 1 1oz dry ranch salad mix
• 8 slices cooked bacon
• 1 30 oz pkg frozen hashbrowns

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease 1 1/2 qt baking dish. In medium bowl, combine 1 c. cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, butter, dressing and bacon. Add hashbrowns - stir to combine. Spoon into dish. Bake 30 mins, sprinkle with 1 c. cheese, bake anotehr 10 minutes.
