- 1/2 Light Mayonnaise
- 2 tbs Dijonnaise Creamy dijon mustard
- 2 tbs honey
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cut into strips
- 1 1/2 cups finely crushed corn flakes or whole wheat crumbs.

Step 1
1 Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In medium bowl combine Mayo, Mustard and Honey, reserve half for dipping if desired
2. Add chicken to remaining mayo mix, stir to coat. Then roll in cereal or crumb mix..
3. Bake 10 min or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
4. Serve with reserved honey mustard sauce
