Ingredients
- 3 lbs. small new potatoes
- boiling salted water
- 6 tbsp butter/margarine
- 4 tbsp granulated sugar

Step 1
Cook washed new potatoes with skin intact in boiling salted water until tender. Drain.
Heat butter and sugar in frying pan until lightly browned. Add potatoes a few at a time turning to coat each potato with mixture.
