Ingredients
- 1 package oreos
- 1 - 8 0z cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 large container of cool whip
- 2 boxes instant chocolate or vanilla pudding
- 3 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
Crush 2/3 package of oreos and place in bottom of a 9x13 pan. Set aside.
Mix cream cheese and butter until smooth. Mix in powdered sugar and fold in whip topping. Set aside.
In separate bowl mix pudding, milk and vanilla. Fold this mixture in with cream cheese mixture.
Sprinkle with the reserved crushed oreos. Let set for a few hours and keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
