Ingredients
- 1 lb. white fish cubed
- 1/2 c lime juice
- 1 tbsp. lime juice
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/3 c finely chopped red onion
- 1/2 c veganaise
- 2 tbsp. sriracha
- tortilla chips
- 4 radishes thinly sliced
- 1 avocado thinly sliced
- 1 jalapeno thinly sliced
- 1/2 c cilantro chopped

Step 1
take cubed fish and put in a medium bowl. stir in 1/2 c lime juice, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes. Remove fish from lime juice, gently squeeze fish and discard lime juice. put fish back in bowl and add 1 tbsp. lime juice, soy sauce and onion.
In small bowl, whisk veganaise and sriracha.
Spread half of chips on a platter. scatter half fish over chips, then top with half the radishes, avocado, jalapeno and cilantro. then spoon half the srirach mayo. repeat with remaining ingredients.
