Ingredients
- 1 poblano or anaheim chile
- 1/2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 small clove garlic, chopped
- 1/2 tsp honey
- 2 tbsp canola oil
- salt and pepper

Preparation
Step 1
1) preheat oven to 375
2) rub olive oil over chile and sprinkle with salt and pepper
3) put in oven and roast for 15 to 20 minutes flipping every 4 or 5 minutes
4) put chile into bowl and cover with plastic wrap for 15 minutes
5) take of skin, seed and chop the chile
6) combine all ingredients in blender and puree until smooth
7) can be made up to 8 hours ahead and stored in fridge
