SOUFLE PANCAKES

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup pancake mix
• 4 eggs separated
• 1/2 cup heavy cream
• 1/4 tsp vanilla
• 1/4 tsp maple syrup
• 1/4 tsp cream of tartar
• 1/4 tsp baking soda
• 1 tbsp sugar
• 3 tablespoons melted butter cooled

Preparation

Step 1

Mix egg yolks and sugar , add vanilla, cream, butter
Add baking soda to pancake mix
Sift in pancake mix to egg mixture slowly
Whip egg whites till almost stiff add cream of Tartar and continue whipping till stiff
Carefully fold in egg whites to pancake mix

Heat pan to 275-300
