  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast or thigh, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 large onion, grated
  • 2 tablespoons lemon or lime juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
  • 2 teaspoons sambal oelek or crushed chillies
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Marinade 1 hour.

Grill chicken. Sprinkle with 2 T toasted sesame seeds. Serve with peanut sauce for dipping.
