Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast or thigh, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 large onion, grated
- 2 tablespoons lemon or lime juice
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
- 2 teaspoons sambal oelek or crushed chillies
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Marinade 1 hour.
Grill chicken. Sprinkle with 2 T toasted sesame seeds. Serve with peanut sauce for dipping.
