Ingredients
- 4 chicken breast fillets
- flour
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 2 teaspoons dried rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon dried chili flakes
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 1 chicken stock cube
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon light soy sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Toss chicken in flour; shake off excess. Heat oil in pan; add chicken, cook on both sides until well browned.
Stir in garlic, rosemary, chili, water, wine and stock cube. Bring to boil, simmer covered about 10 minutes or until chicken is tender. Remove from pan.
Stir blended cornstarch and soy sauce into pan; cook stirring until sauce boils and thickens. Return chicken to pan; reheat gently.
