SOUFLE PANCAKES

Ingredients

• 1/4 cup pancake mix
• 1/2 cup heavy cream
• 1/4 tsp vanilla
• 1/2 tsp maple syrup
• 4 eggs separated
• 3 tablespoons melted butter
• 1 tsp sugar
• 1/4 tsp baking soda
• 1/4 tsp cream of tartar

Preparation

Step 1

Whip egg whites till almost stiff add cream of tartar and now beat till stiff
Mix low speed egg yolks and sugar add vanilla and cool melted butter and cream, and syrup
Add baking soda to pancake mix slowly while sifting into mix
Now fold in egg whites very carefully

Heat pan 275-300

Make pancakes as making put in oven 350 to keep warm while making
