Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 cups (8 oz.) Cheddar cheese (Shredded)

Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Whisk flour into butter until smooth. Slowly whisk milk into butter mixture to combine. Cook and stir until mixture thickens, about 3 minutes.
2. Add Cheddar cheese and stir until cheese is melted, about 3 minutes more. Season with salt.
Use in your favorite recipes. Great on broccoli or baked potatoes. Perfect dip for fries, mini tacos or taquitos. Once you have the basic recipe down, it's easy to tweak using different cheeses, spices and add-ins!
