Ingredients
- 2 bunches fresh spinach, washed, dried, torn into bite-size pieces and chilled
- 1/2 lb. bean sprouts
- 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped or sliced
- 1 small can water chestnuts, sliced OR 1 pint fresh mushrooms
- 1 cup oil
- 1/4 - 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/3 - 1/2 cup catsup
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 small onion, chopped OR 1 teaspoon minced onion

Shake dressing ingredients in a jar. Refrigerate.
Mix and toss right before serving salad.
