Ingredients
- 3 medium carrots, peeled and sliced
- 3 beef bouillon cubes
- 2-3 medium onions, chopped
- 1 Tbsp butter
- Cream to taste
- 2 Tbsp sherry, or to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Put carrots in pot with bouillon cubes and add water to cover. Simmer until carrots are tender.
In separate pan, sauté onions in butter until tender.
Puree carrots and onions. Place in double boiler to heat.
Then add as much cream as you want. Heat. Just before serving add sherry to taste.
