By commercecook
You have to plan ahead to have these ribs as they need to marinate overnight in the refrigerator. They turn out very tender.

Preparation
Step 1
1. Cut slab in half. Tear off a piece of aluminum foil big enough to cover the ribs so you can make a pouch.
2. Brush liberal amounts of barbeque sauce over the top and bottom of the ribs.
3. Sprinkle with onion, garlic, chili powders and paprika.
4. Close the foil around the ribs. Repeat with other half.
5. Put in the refrigerator overnight.
6. Next day, leave the ribs on the counter for about an hour to warm up a bit.
7. Put the foil packets on a baking sheet and bake at 300 degrees for 2 1/2 hours. If you like wetter ribs, open up packages about 15 minutes before being done and add additional barbeque sauce.
